I was 42. I was at a trampoline park with my daughter for her birthday. I jumped once — and had to quietly excuse myself to the bathroom and then to my car. I drove home early, told her I wasn’t feeling well, and cried the whole way.

That was my turning point. Not a diagnosis. Not a doctor’s recommendation. Just a trampoline park and a seven-year-old’s confused face as her mum left her own party.

I spent the next three years researching. Not casually — obsessively. I read everything peer-reviewed I could find on pelvic floor rehabilitation. I tested eleven different pelvic trainers. I tried four different physical therapy approaches. I tracked everything in spreadsheets. I became, against my own expectations, something of an expert.

Pelvic Wellness Lab is where I share what I found. Not what I was told to share. What I actually found, tested, and used.
